Description

On 19th October, Yusuf Hiluka, 23, was stopped outside the office of the Regent of Jayawijaya District, Wamena by two Indonesian officers from Satpol PP. Without questioning Mr Hiluka, the officers poured glue on his head and set it alight.

This appalling act has left Yusuf permanently scarred and traumatized.
